What to do if NFI Online is telling you that you’re locked out

To unlock your account, please reset your password by clicking the 'Forgotten password' button on the log in screen.

What to do if you’ve forgotten your login details

Your NFI Online login details are your registration email address and chosen password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the 'Forgotten password' button on the login screen.

If you've forgotten your registered email address or are unsure if you're registered, contact our Registrations team via Broker Chat.

Registration

You'll receive an email with instructions on how to create a password once your registration has been approved. You'll then be able to login and submit cases through NFI Online.

NFI Online is stating that you’re not registered or your account has been closed

If you’ve logged in to NFI Online in the last 12 months - You should contact our Registrations team via Broker Chat for further help. 

If you’ve not used NFI Online in the last 12 months - You’ll need to complete a new registration. Please visit our Register page for more information on how to register. 

Looking to register with a firm you were registered with previously

You'll need to register again if you're re-joining a company you worked for previously.
