On 09 July 2024, we'll be making changes to selected fixed and tracker rates across our product ranges.
We'll also be:
- removing all Further Advance products with a fee. This means you'll no longer need to submit the Additional Borrowing application within 30 days of a Switch application to benefit from no additional product fee.
- withdrawing our £1,499 fee tracker products for all buyer types.
To 'reserve a product', submit a Decision in Principle, click on ‘Reserve Product,’ and follow the prompts. You don’t need to submit a full mortgage application. If your client is paying the fee up front, the product isn’t reserved until the fee is paid.
