On Wednesday 28 February 2024, we'll be making rate changes to selected fixed rates across our product ranges. We are also introducing our new range of like for like remortgages at 95% LTV.
To 'reserve a product', submit a Decision in Principle, click on ‘Reserve Product,’ and follow the prompts. You don’t need to submit a full mortgage application. If your client is paying the fee up front, the product isn’t reserved until the fee is paid.
