On Tuesday 13 February 2024, we'll be making rate changes to selected fixed and tracker rates across our product ranges.
To 'reserve a product', submit a Decision in Principle, click on ‘Reserve Product,’ and follow the prompts. You don’t need to submit a full mortgage application. If your client is paying the fee up front, the product isn’t reserved until the fee is paid.
