Meeting your clients' support needs

We've recently launched a new service to help you tell us when a new or existing mortgage customer has additional support needs. Nationwide will then use this information for ongoing service interactions.

Need to amend a submitted case?

For remortgage and new purchase applications, you can amend information (including the product selected) within your already submitted case through the 'Amend case' option in NFI Online.

We reduced our minimum visa validity period

Back in December, we reduced the minimum visa validity period required for mortgage applications.

Where an applicant doesn't have indefinite leave to remain, they now only need a minimum of 12 months remaining on their visa at the time of uploading the proof. See further details.
