Selected rate changes

From Wednesday 10 February, we're reducing selected 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates.

• House purchase (excluding Shared Equity) - selected 2 and 5 year fixed rates up to 85% LTV reduced by up to 0.15%.
• Existing borrowers house purchase and additional borrowing - selected 2 and 5 year fixed rates up to 85% reduced by up to 0.30%.
• Switchers - selected 3 year fixed rates up to 75% LTV reduced by 0.05%.
