Plus, our Dedicated Broker Support pre-application phonelines are available Monday - Friday, 11am - 3pm.

We’re still facing challenges around the number of colleagues who can safely work in our offices, and would appreciate it if you only call us for a case update if absolutely necessary.

Remember, tracking your case in NFI Online is the quickest and most effective way to get a case update.
