Procuration fees

Payment dates

Procuration fees for all new purchase and remortgage applications are paid by the 15th of the following month after completion. So, if your client completes any time between 1-31 August, the procuration fee will be paid by 15 September.

Payment details

If you submitted your application via the following submission routes, we’ll pay your fee directly into the bank account you told us about when you registered with us.

  • TenetLIME-DA's-Direct
  • MCI Club Ltd

If the channel you submit business through isn’t listed above, we’ll pay your fee to the channel you selected in the application, and then they’ll forward the payment to you.

Switcher procuration fees

We don’t currently pay procuration fees on switcher applications. Later this summer, we intend to pay a procuration fee of 0.20% for new switcher applications. Click here for more details.
